Villa Vescovile Sauvignon, 6 bottles

Villa Vescovile wines are the fruit of the great winemaking traditions of the South Tyrol, encapsulating, as they do, all the history and culture of that region. The grapes used to make these wines are cultivated in prestigious vineyards located just to the north of Trento, which are planted, like many others here, using the pergola system, on terraced soils. The grapes produce two red wines and four white wines, all of which are worthy examples of character and tipicity. Villa Vescovile wines encompass all of the most important denominations of origin of the region.

100% Sauvignon, sourced from selected vineyards in the Val di Cembra

The must obtained through the soft pressing of the grapes is fermented for around 10 days at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in the bottle for several months before being released onto the market.

Match with light fish dishes, softtextured cheeses and appetizers seasoned with herbs. Serve at a temperature of 10/12 °C. Alcohol: 12.50% vol.
